The Time Matrix Annual Enhancement Plan includes UNLIMITED phone and GoToMeeting support for any Time Matrix question or issue. The UNLIMITED support includes installation, configuration, setup, training, upgrades, updates and ongoing questions. Business hours are 8am to 5pm Mountain Time. The response time promise is next business day although it is normally same day. Appointments can be made in advance for upgrades to new GP versions. They can be made after normal business hours for late at night (example: 10pm), early in the morning (Example: 2am) or on Saturday/Sunday. Besides receiving support the Annual Enhancement Plan includes program code files for upgrades to new Microsoft Dynamics GP versions and Time Matrix updates.

The Time Matrix Support Lifecycle is the same as Microsoft Dynamics GP. As long as a Microsoft Dynamics GP version is supported the same Time Matrix version is supported.

The UNLIMITED support is for Time Matrix only. It does not include support for Microsoft Dynamics GP software. It does not include hardware or software support/repairs for Windows servers, Windows computers, networks, VPNs, input devices including finger readers, internet connectivity or Internet Information Server (IIS).

Support is not given and updates/upgrades code files are not sent if the Annual Enhancement Plan has expired.
