The Touch Screen Monitor Time Clock is part of the Time Matrix
series by Business Computers Software, Inc. The Touch Screen Monitor Time
Clock replaces a conventional
electronic/mechanical time clock. It is used to allow employees to clock in
at the
beginning of their shift and to clock out
when they are finished working. The Touch Screen Monitor Time Clock has a keyboard with letters and numbers on the
monitor. It uses large buttons to make it easy to see and touch
with a finger. Similar to an
ATM machine, the Time Clock is easy to use by "computer-challenged" employees. The
Touch Screen Monitor Time Clock software runs on a personal
computer with Windows XP Pro. Employee Time
can be viewed from a Logbook and a Calendar.
Clocking out creates a time transaction
in the logbook, and transactions are posted to GP Payroll for
preparation of payroll checks. Therefore, the Touch Screen Monitor Time
Clock eliminates the
need to manually type in hourly payroll transactions. The Time Clock is easy to Setup,
and navigation through the time clock is made simple by using the Navigator.
