Touch Screen Monitor
A touch
screen is a user friendly input device that allows the user to control and
interact with a computer by touching the display screen. Touch screens are used
with the Time Matrix Time Clock to provide quick and easy clocking in and out.
Touch screen monitors are designed to integrate with the Time Matrix Time Clock
without the need for difficult installation or programming. A touch screen
interface can allow access to computer resources for those who are unfamiliar
with computers or cannot use traditional input devices such as a mouse or
keyboard. |

Bar Code Scanner
The Time Matrix
Touch Screen Time Clock can use laser "gun" bar code scanner. It can read bar
codes on employee ID badges and bar codes for projects printed on 8 1/2" x 11"
paper. It uses a laser wedge reader and does not need a power supply. The
laser bar code scanner is very simple to install. |

Magnetic Card Reader
The Time Matrix
Time Clock can also use a magnetic swipe card reader. The Time Clock ID is
stored on track 2 of the magnetic card. The cost is under $100.00.
Installation is very simple. (1) Unplug the keyboard from the computer. (2)
Plug the keyboard into the magnetic card reader. (3) Plug the magnetic card
reader into the computer in the exact same place you unplugged the keyboard.
You are sent software drivers, but you will not need them, so do not install
them. |

Finger Print Reader
Now you can log on to your PC and Time Matrix with the
touch of your finger, without having to remember all those passwords—simply
place your finger on the receiver whenever a password or username is required.

Touch Terminal by
POSIFLEX
The JIVA 5800 Touch Terminal by POSIFLEX is an
all-in-one touch screen monitor and CPU. This workstation works with Time
Matrix and runs Windows XP Pro. It does not need a keyboard or mouse and
can sit on a desk or can be mounted to a wall with an optional wall mounting
kit. The Terminal can be supplied with an optional
2-in-1 attachment featuring
magnetic card reader & authentic fingerprint sensor. |

The pcProx reader, is a state-of-the-art personnel identification and enrollment
system. Simply wave the proximity card and the reader keystrokes the card’s data
to the cursor location on the screen.
Proximity card users can use just one card to
protect their facility as well as identify their users.
The pcProx USB reader allows end users to read all identification information
into any application running under Windows 98, 2000, or XP. Now organizations
can allow employees to identify themselves with other independent software such
as Excel, Access or any in-house created application.
The end user may selectively include/exclude any card information by configuring
the reader. Additionally, the user may format the facility and ID codes, define
separator characters, and append characters such as CR or TAB to the ID to
further enhance using reader with a 3rd party applications.
