Sequence Entry

STEP 4 - Clocking In

            Using the keyboard, touch in the letters/numbers of the Manufacturing Sequence and touch Enter.  The letter/number keys are enabled to allow you to enter the Sequence.  Touch the Backspace to clear single characters.  The Sequence can be scanned from the traveler sheet that has a bar code printed for the Sequence.  Touch Cancel to clear the Time Clock and start over at step 1.  Only Sequences that are NOT Done can be entered.  If you do not know the Sequence, you can look it up by touching the Sequence magnifying glass.  It will display the Sequence Lookup screen shown on the next page.

 If “NONE” was entered for the MO indicating Indirect Labor, the Sequence field will be disabled and it will proceed to step 6 to enter the Labor code.
