Pay Code Entry

STEP 2 - Clocking In

            Touch one of the Pay Codes and touch Select.  This will open the Microsoft Great Plains MO Entry screen for production workers.  It will skip MO Entry for non-production workers and go to step 7.  Employees who work different positions/shifts at different pay rates select the type of work for which they are clocking in.  Pay Code selection can be restricted by day of week and time of day in Pay Code Setup.
