EMPLOYEE CONTROL
CENTER
The
Employee Control Center shows employee information entered in Dynamics/eEnterprise
Payroll. Employees must be setup in
Payroll before they can be viewed. Refer to the Dynamics/eEnterprise Payroll manual on how to
enter employees (Cards>>Payroll USA>>Employees). Return to
Touch
Screen Monitor Time Clock Overview.
Time
Approved Thru Enter
the date time has been verified. Only
approved time can be set to
be posted.
Time
Approved By
Displays
user/employee who verified time.
Calendar
–
Display Monthly Calendar with employee actual and
scheduled time.
Logbook
–
Enter employee actual time worked.
Schedule
– Enter scheduled time for employee.
Time
Clock – Edit employee Time Clock status.
Message
– Enter employee message to display on the Time Clock.

Calendar-Yearly
– Display Yearly Calendar (future enhancement)
Log
Summary – Display Logbook Summary (future enhancement)
Missed
Punches – Display time scheduled but not worked.
Demographics
– Enter employee demographics.
Subordinates
– Edit subordinate’s time that works for this employee.
