STEP 3 - SELECT PAY CODE

Touch one of the Pay Codes and touch Select.  This will open the Clock In screen.  Employees who work different jobs at different pay rates select the type of work for which they are clocking in.  Pay Code selection can be restricted by day of week and time of day in Pay Code Setup.  Pay Codes can be disabled in Time Clock Setup.  Disabling Pay Code Entry allows for quicker, more efficient clocking in and out because it reduces the number of steps.   Touching Select will bring up the Clock In Screen.
