– Clocking In
Touch Clock In
to finish clocking in. This completes the Clock In procedure. Touch
Cancel if you do not wish to Clock In. This will clear the Time
Clock and start the Clock In process over. The letter/number keys
and the Clock Out button are disabled. Only the Clock In, Cancel,
Vac/Sick, Weekly, and Calendar buttons are enabled. Clocking In
will not add a time entry to the logbook. A time entry will only be
added when the Change Work Order or Clock Out time is known thus
enabling hours worked to be calculated.
Optional Inquiries
Touch Vac/Sick to display vacation and sick time available from
Great Plains Payroll. Touch Weekly to display the current week’s
time. Touch Calendar to display the current month’s calendar for
the specific employee clocking in. The Calendar shows the number of
hours worked on each day and the total hours worked for the month.
Touch Print to print a time sheet for a chosen pay period. |
